Our mission is customer service, speed and accuracy with our inspections and report.
Being local we are fast acting and can arrange your property inspection with you or your real estate agent, carry out the inspection and deliver your report on the same day. This is not always possible due to reasons out of our control (eg: tenant in property) but mostly is.
Our inspection and reports are compliant with Australian Standard
Australian Standards 4349.1-2007 and 4349.3-2010.
We use the latest technology including bore scope camera, digital moisture meter and thermal imaging photography when required.
